Quality and safety of products are the core of our success. From the very beginning of our venture, we have always been devoted to protecting the interest of consumers and retaining their trust.
Total control over the quality of products is ensured by the rounded process of production within the company. Yields from our fields are controlled by experts from sowing to harvesting. For the most part, they are the basis for production of animal feed. Furthermore, by controlling the rest of ingredients and proven recipes, top quality feed is prepared in Business Centre Vitamix, which is used on our farms, and provides adequate nutrition of animals and good quality of raw materials.
A long-term strategic position of the company is related to the top quality products and full satisfaction of consumers. Carnex realizes this policy by the implementation of modern technologies in the production process and permanent systemic control of hygienic and chemical safety of products. All Carnex products go through multilevel and strict control at different points of the production process. Apart from internal laboratory analysis, safety and quality of the products are also controlled by certified laboratories. Finished products are controlled and stored in accordance with their characteristics.
Our employees are aware of the importance of product safety in order to preserve health of consumers. Special services for quality control are specifically trained for this job and very conscientious in carrying out their tasks. We provide constant education to all members of the distribution chain in order for products to be delivered to the final consumer unaltered.
Providing additional measures for safety and quality represents some of basic targets of further development of the company. Further plans comprise modernization of the existing facility, as well as investing in the expansion of production capacities, followed by enhancement and building additional facilities, which represent a precondition for future innovation and the introduction of new products.
Implementation of HACCP system has been successfully completed. Thus, safety and quality of Carnex products have been brought into accordance with European standards.
We have also implemented GOST-R, a standard which represents a valid system of quality in the Russian Federation and which is a prerequisite for export and placing on the Russian market.
