A mini pleasure, but a great satisfaction. They can be prepared in many ways, but we recommend one - in our opinion excellent.
• 350 g gnocchi
• 310 g Carnex Serbian sausages
• 2-3 tablespoons olive oil
• 1 red onion
• 200 g button mushrooms
• 2.5 oz of red wine
• 500 g of tomato puree
• salt and pepper as preferred
• 1 teaspoon of Sunoko sugar
In a deep saucepan put oil and finely chopped red onion, chopped garlic, salt and pepper, fry a few minutes until the onion softens. Add the chopped mushrooms and fry until the water from the mushrooms evaporates, then add the red wine and fry a little, add the tomato sauce and sugar.
Cook for about 25 minutes on low temperature, until the sauce thickens. After cooking the gnocchi, drain them and pour into the prepared sauce, mix everything gently. In a pan with hot oil fry the Carnex Serbian sausage until it gets golden brown.
Cut the Carnex Serbian sausage into slices and serve with the gnocchi.
