Carnex salad with plain frankfurter

This nice meal is easy to prepare and does not require much of your time and it's the ideal choice for a busy day.

• 205 g of Carnex plain frankfurter

• 4-5 potatoes

• 1 onion

• 1 tablespoon chives

• Lemon Juice

• a little olive oil

• salt and pepper

Use a very sharp knife to cut Carnex plain frankfurter a few times and then put them into the boiling water and cook for about 5 minutes. Put unpeeled potatoes in a saucepan with water, add a little salt and let it cooks. Chop the onion in small pieces and place in a bowl for salad.

 

Boiled potatoes while they are still hot peel and chop into cubes, put in a bowl with the onions and spice with salt, pepper, olive oil, juice of half a lemon and finely chopped chives, all mix well and add chopped slices of plain frankfurter. It is important to spice the potatoes while they are still hot, as this will make better taste.

 

The salad can be served hot or cold.
