Carnex French toast

• 8 slices of bread

• 100 g hard cheese

• 100 g ham

• little mayonnaise

• some ketchup

• 2 eggs

• 2 tablespoons milk

• salt and flour

• oil for frying



Cut bread into slices, on one slice put mayonnaise and on other ketchup. On a piece that is with mayonnaise grate the cheese and ham and then put on the other piece with ketchup. Prepare as stuffed French toast as you need.


Whisk the eggs, add a little milk, a pinch of salt and a pinch of flour. Pour oil in a pan and warm up well.

Prepared fries dip into the egg mixture on both sides and put into the hot oil. Briefly fry until they get golden brown color and take them on a paper towel to drain.


Serve French toast with yogurt or salad.
