Caesar salad with Carnex pancetta

Mix of healthy ingredients and a salad for every occasion. Easy to prepare, easy on the stomach, and above all, delicious. Enjoy!

Caesar salad with Carnex pancetta

• 500g of white chicken meat

• 200 g Carnex pancetta

• 1 lettuce

• 50g Parmesan cheese

• bread croutons


Salad dressing:


• 2 egg yolks

• Juice of one lemon

• 1 dl olive oil

• 2 cloves of garlic

• mustard as preferred

• salt and pepper as preferred

Chicken breasts cut into equal blocks, then fry on a low heat in a little olive oil by adding at the end the chopped bits of pancetta. Leave it on the heat until the chicken breasts and pancetta do not get a nice rosy color.


Then put in a bowl the egg yolks, mustard and lemon juice. Stir and at the same time add olive oil until you get a thick mixture, where you can add mashed garlic.


Wash the lettuce, well drain and then chop.


Put toghether in a bowl chicken, bread croutons, salad, and then sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and dressing. Lightly stir with a spoon to spice it with salt and pepper.
